The State Prosecutor of the Northern District has approved financial compensation of great value for the families of Arab rioters who were killed during riots of the second Intifada.

The State Prosecutor has given a prize to the aggressor. That is in place of collecting from the rioters the full value of the damages that they caused – death, destruction of public property, blocking of traffic at main traffic arteries, military risk, payment for great amounts of manpower necessary to keep order.

With this, as well as its activities in the past, the State Prosecutor has advanced a political agenda which leads to fanning and ratification of the claims of Goldstone and the United Nations.

In its decision, the Prosecutor’s office has granted moral and legal support to Sheikh Ra’ad Salah.

It is bizarre that the State of Israel would fight against the Goldstone Report on one hand, while inciting Arab aggression on the other.

This traitorous and discriminatory policy, which endangers the Jewish population, and undercuts its security, and actively contributes to what is coined “taking of the law” by Jewish citizens who are pursued in their own land, in to their own hands. During the events of October 2001, Jews of the mixed towns of Jaffa, Upper Nazareth, and Haifa, to impose their fear upon the Arabs due to the continual policies of the branches of the judiciary which made a decisive contribution to the outbreak of the events.

Also the committee of Theodore Ohr, which was no doubt activated by a group of ingratiators in order to please the Arab voter and to continue to support the hellenizers, did not go too far in its decision regarding giving compensation to those who attacked in these circumstances innocent citizens who were passing by. In particular in times of emergency, inside the state, as a fifth column, and in the end, in order to help the greater Arab front in the destruction of the State of Israel.

Any political and public process which uproots the pretentious and unreasonable ability in an extreme way of the State Prosecutor, like for example with giving a reward to the aggressor, is a worthy act.

The retreat from the original plan to split the powers of the Legal Advisor to the Government is an addition step in the surrender to the multi-armed octopus – the State Prosecutor and the foreign judicial system, which undermines the sovereignty of the nation of Israel in its Holy Land.
