We have been informed that the Minister of Defence Ehud Barak is going to Washington to give a notice to President Obama. The content of the notice is that Israel will not add lands to the current lands assigned to the Jewish settlements in Judah and Samaria.

This is a new retreat from the position defined by Netanyahu in his recent speech, where he said: "In the meantime, we have no intention of building new settlements or of expropriating additional land for existing settlements."

In the dictionary, expropriating means seize a citizen's rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner's consent. Example: "The Communist government expropriated the landowners". '''The term does not cover the use of Public Lands by the government.'''

But now it is reported that Israel agrees not to use even public land. This means the government of Israel agrees that the Arab public owns these lands, as if to say they are not Jewish land!

Israel's government is speeding down the slippery slope [to total capitulation ''Chas Veshalom'']!!

We wish to notify all concerned: Jew, Arabs, foreign governments, all people: the acts and commitments of the Israeli government are not only in contradiction to the Torah, but even in the Islamic Qur'an, it states the land of the Jews extends from the river of Egypt to the Euphrates.

They are at best short-term surrender, and are not binding on the Jewish people not on the State of Israel which, when rule under Jewish concepts, will repudiate these concessions to the pressure of a President of the United States who has decided to act against the only democracy in the Middle East to further appease the Arabs.

Israel has experience with guarantees of Presidents of the US, even ones called friendly. Like all States, the US state department acts without any ideology, cynically and depravedly gladly selling out natural allies to gain temporary advantages. Example: before the Six Day war, Israel sent Abba Eban to request that the USA keep its promise to open the straights of Tiran. The State department pressured the President, he did not keep the promise - and Israel was left to fend for itself. Praise G-d for that: as a result we beat our enemies on every front, and we also know that we cannot rely on anyone except the G-d of Israel, who astounded even our Chief of Staff - Rabin - who said shortly after the war: [Psalms 118,23] "This is the doing of G-d; it is marvelous in our eyes!"
